Abbiamo organizzato una spaghettata al volo molto semplice ma gustosa, con il pomodorino del piennolo del Vesuvio, basilico fresco della mie piantine e spaghetti De Cecco.
Abbiamo provato anche il vetrino per un risultato di una cottura ottimale!
Gli ingredienti:
- spaghetti De Cecco n.12,
- basilico,
- pomodorini freschi.
Più facile di così…
E il risultato è questo!
Una spaghettata ottima, gustosa e saporitissima, al dente e anche facile e veloce da fare, il che non guasta mai!
Un vero successo in cucina!

E’ un omaggio che ho ricevuto per aver partecipato a un progetto della pasta DE CECCO.
E’ un vetrino per fare il test della cottura della pasta!
E’ una cosa che non conoscevo e invece è molto utile!
A casa mia, è proprio il caso di dirlo, CHI LA VUOLE COTTA E CHI LA VUOLE CRUDA!
nn siamo mai d’accordo sul punto di cottura ideale e io mi sono stufata di sentire una volta è troppo cotta e molla, una volta è troppo dura e cruda.
Ora tutti zitti!!!
Non solo è utile, ma è anche divertente da usare.

Anche se questo non è un blog di cucina, ogni tanto mi fa piacere postare qualche pranzetto che mi è venuto bene.

PRANZO CON LA MIA MIGLIORE AMICA
Io e la mia amica abbiamo deciso di organizzarci un pranzetto delizioso per sole donne.
I nostri signori uomini, dopo il letargo invernale buttati sul divano davanti alle partite, sono diventati tutti “sportivi”, improvvisamente si sono accorti di essere fuori forma, di avere la pancetta, si sono messi a fare una “finta dieta” e vanno perfino a correre!
Chissà se sarà vero…
E come arriveranno alla prova costume???
In ogni caso, sono diventati ancora più scoccianti, brontoloni e nullafacenti – quando si tratta delle faccende di casa- di prima.
Per svagarci un po’, noi donne ci siamo deliziate con un pranzetto con le penne De Cecco al pesto di basilico.
E’ un piatto che a me piace molto, la cottura della pasta è stata perfetta, il gusto ottimo, la mia amica è stata felicissima!
Lei però ha fatto una cosa che per me è sacrilega!
Ma secondo voi, il parmigiano grattugiato ci sta bene sulle penne al pesto???

“PENNE” MASON JAR
Turn your mason jar into a dried pasta storage jar with this easy-peasy and budget-friendly DIY project.
Its country chic and rustic look makes it perfect to be used as a lovely and budget-friendly centerpiece for an Italian Dinner Theme wedding rehearsal dinner, a wedding or for any party!
It’s also a party favor that everybody will love.
YOU NEED:
• A MASON JAR
• A PACKET OF PASTA
• BABY BREATH
• SCRAP FABRIC
• WHITE CORD
• RUBBER BAND (OPTIONAL)
• A TAG (OPTIONAL)
I used:
• a recycled mason jar
• a packet of Penne Rigate n.41 DE CECCO
• a square of red and white checked fabric
• a small posy of artificial baby breath
• a green rubber band (optional)
STEP 1
Fill the jar with the pasta and close the jar with its lid.
Center the red and white checked fabric square on the top.
STEP 2
Loop a piece of white cord around the top of your jar and tie into a knot.
TIP: Rubber band
HERE’S A TIME-SAVING TIP THAT WILL MAKE THIS DIY PROJECT EVEN EASIER:
Fasten the piece of fabric around the lid with a rubber band.
This will secure the fabric and make your project childishly simple.
You can see it in the picture, it’s in green.
Remove the green rubber band (IF USED IT) and tie the white cord.
STEP 3
ADD A SMALL BOUQUET OF BABY BREATH
GYPSOPHILA is so romantic and delicate, but cheap and long-lasting at the same time.
It is perfect for DIY projects and decorations.
(THIS ONE IS ARTIFICIAL, MADE IN PLASTIC.)
STEP 4
(optional)
You can also add a tag whit your initials or the date of your wedding or put it in a basket with a plant of basil in a pot for a gift.
A party favor that everyone will love.
